{ The Real NYFW }

There is no denying that NYFW is an exciting time of the year: new collections, new trends and new designers are abound. Even though I love scrolling through the countless pictures from the runway to see what my favourite designers have come up with, what I enjoy even more is to see what other bloggers have been able to capture through their lenses.

Fashion is more than just about the runway. At the end of the day, it’s about people like you and me, and the lucky bloggers that get to attend NYFW, that choose to follow or ignore trends presented on the runway. That’s why I particularly enjoy keeping tabs on my favourite bloggers like Chiara, Kristina, Alexandra, Jacey, Aimee, and Jules, to see the moments that they capture.

It’s the insights into the backstage, the events and the street style that are truly what fascinate me because at the end of the day, we are the individuals that will choose to carry out some of these trends, and individual style will offer different adaptations of the same trend, which is what fashion is all about: individuality.

Here are a few of the few of my favorite images captured by these bloggers.
